Product Description You'll never be that far from a trusty bottle opener when you slip into one of these laid back sandals.
Amazon.com Product Description This is the original Reef Fanning that you know and love. What's it got? The quick-drying synthetic nubuck strap, the contoured footbed and thick, foamy, molded EVA sole with added arch support, the under-heel airbag cushioning...what else could you possibly need? The hidden bottle opener's there, too.

RETURNED. Not for severe Plantar Fasciitis March 8, 2010 Azam K. (Dallas, TX) I have severe plantar fasciitis and there are very very few products that actually help the condition. I own Birkentock Arizonas, which are better than walking barefeet but are heavy and slip off my feet. So I always walk a certain way to make sure they don't come off and that causes pains in other parts of the feet. I ordered Reef Fanning's based on the reviews (obviously), to only wear around the carpeted house. I wore them for 1 week and there was a sudden increase in pain in my heels and now knees. I never had knee pain before. The slippers seem to have fair arch support but the heels are not hollowed to provide cushion (a must). This could very well be how my feet are structurally and not a design issue. Remember the Fannings are not marketed as slippers for Plantar Fasciitis slippers, they only claim to provide arch support- which it does failry decently. The slippers otherwise are well-made and look very cool.
-Orthoheel-
I returned the Fannings and got Orthoheel Waves, they were uncomfortable the first day and the strap still hurts between the toes and fingers. But they are otherwise comfortable, after a week of wearing them I feel it is safe to keep them and transition over from my Birkenstock Arizonas (which have a great foot bed btw).
Best Sandals February 20, 2010 R. V. Castillo (Miami,Fl) I love reefs. I had the same one before and it lasted me 6 years, it didn't break, but it looked raggedy so I bought a new one. Its long lasting plus having a bottle opener is a bonus. Great sandals.
great for the beach, or for lounging February 10, 2010 kenny smith (florida) these are the best sandals ive had, without a doubt..great on the beach and around the house
All that they claim to be. February 1, 2010 R. Mullen (Houston, TX United States) Alone. On the streets of Playa, searching for size 5 Pampers, I longed for refreshment and inspiration. Spotting a corner bodega, I determined that a cervaza was the only remedy. After making my purchase and setting out renewed on my mission, I realized my fatal error. The cap did not twist off. Distraught, I accepted it was not meant to be...it was then that I remembered the hidden church key in the bottom of my Fanning Sandals (Men Sizes 4-15). My mission and my faith were saved.
great slippers January 9, 2010 J. Sims (Honolulu, Hawaii) i live in Hawaii and wear these everyday; they are very comfortable and the beer opener is more useful than i thought it would be.
