NOT MIL-C-5040H Type III July 24, 2010 R. Clark (Georgia - USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Doesn't appear to be the real deal. Flattens out in your hand. The outside sheathing is just too loose for me. Real parachute cord that I've messed with is round and tight. This appears to be an aftermarket item to appeal to the masses. I agree that it can be useful, but if you want the real thing look elsewhere.
It is para cord July 14, 2010 rowbaretow I weigh 130 pounds and i could hang by it with no problem, still yet to try 500lbs. But i wrapped all my knifes in it and have been making so many different things with it. Free shipping! I am however just going to buy it from another dealer because of price and quality.
Paracord July 13, 2010 Dwight E. Howell It's good paracord. The price was good. What else is there to say? I didn't try to break it or anything.
Is it ParaCord July 7, 2010 Old Salt (Saint Augustine, Florida) There's not much one can say about 100' of cord but I will say based on 22 years in the military that this stuff look close to MILSPECS to me.
Awesome stuff! July 7, 2010 laf4me This is a great product!! The only problem is that I find so many uses for it that I am always running out. The price is good too!
