I will never buy shoes online again. I read the description and made my selection (no reviews). I have purchased Naturalizers at local stores and have always been satisfied with each purchase. Even though there were no reviews, I felt that with my actual experience in purchasing Naturalizer shoes in general could be the key to selecting a great product online -- not so.
They arrive on time, looked great and felt okay for the first 30 minutes. Shortly, I began to notice the extemely thin soles, lack of support, and plain ole discomfort. THE SHOES ARE NOT SOFT. I loved the way the they looked and felt during that half hour, but I need shoes with a day's worth of comfort for that professional look at work.
I still have them, along with another pair. I pick and choose the times that I wear them -- like going out to dinner -- to a place where the walk is short to the restaurant and I'm seated for the most part, able to slip out of them if the needed.
Would I recommend -- NO.
