classy pump October 14, 2008 Margaret (Colorado) This pump has patent leather on the inner side, regular leather on the outer side, making it dressy and classy. The padded insole makes it comfortable, but it did take a couple of wearings to break in. My regular size fits right.
Great looking and comfortable September 30, 2008 Jennifer Zimmerman These shoes are very comfortable and nice looking. I wear them to work all the time!
naturalizer shoes: cormfortable and durable September 8, 2008 Linda Crackel (Paradise, CA) Purchasing shoes online can be a frustrating experience, but not so with Naturalizer shoes. Because I wear a shoe size too small to be common anymore, online shopping for shoes is my best option. I bought two different styles of Naturalizer dress shoes this year, and were very pleased with both. They always fit true to size, if made from leather will last many years, and are very comfortable. I ballroom dance and I know what comfortable shoes are, and I won't buy shoes that are not. If you want comfortable shoes that will last, with styling that doesn't go out of date, Naturalizer is worth the price.
Naturalizer is not what it used to be. August 16, 2008 a reader (Los Angeles, CA) Over the last 25 years I have purchased shoes from Naturalizer for many types of occasion (mostly day, and sports shoes but, also a few dress shoes). In the the past Naturalizer has offered various widths from narrow to extra wide. Recently I've noticed that many of their styles are available in medium width only. I have a wide foot, so I was very happy to see this shoe (women's Akin Pump) available in 7 Wide. I received it today and it is a lovely shoe that can dress up or down. But, though it states inside the shoe and on the box that they are a 7W, they fit just like a medium width (very tight on my feet). Is this the reason they're on sale? I will not be returning them as I believe I can stretch them out since they are leather. However, I will not buy any Naturalizer shoes again unless I can try them on before buying. So, all you ladies who wear a wide width, beware. This is not a true wide. Naturalizer seems to be skimping on materials.
