My 8 month old is fitting well into a size 2 shoe and I have a pair of size 3 that are too big for her. I ordered these in a size 2.5-3 and I couldn't get them on my daughter's feet. Now I have to send the whole thing back. Ugh. They do look very well made, but they seem somewhat stiff and I don't think I'm going to order these in the larger size.

where do i begin? when i got these shoes i was very excited. i had finally found an adorable shoe that fit my daughter that wasnt quite walking, but was trying. that was about the only good thing that came of them. the first time i took the shoes off her feet were nearly drenched. the shoes had no ventilation. next there was the stiff and oddly curved sole. i figured it would flatten out a little after she had broken the shoes in, but they never got a chance to get broken in. she has had the shoes for almost 3 weeks and the stitching has busted. there is a gash where the top of the shoe meets the sole. also the color gets worn off the shoe very quickly. i want to love these shoes, but 3 weeks later they are junk. i know baby shoes dont have to last long because they grow so quickly, but i do expect better than this for my money. oh, i forgot! i do LOVE the velcro! my daughter plays with it constantly, but it makes it so easy to take the shoes off when we have wardrobe emergencies or if she falls asleep.

These shoes are great. They are perfect for an infant/toddler learning to walk. They are very soft and flexible. They are also extremely cute, my son gets compliments on them all the time.

They are very cute and I get a lot of compliments. But they won't last long, it seems. My son wore these maybe 5-6 times and the soles are already scuffed. He is a new walker, he doesn't seem comfortable in them, and walks funny when he wears them. My vote for walking shoes goes to Pediped and Robeez for durability and comfort. Umi shoes also run half size smaller, in my opinion. If you're kid is not a walker yet, then buy these shoes. Because they are really very, very cute.
