this sandals are sooo cute, i just loved them! but for some reason they have a lot of places to hide dirt inside , so it can't help but they smell really bad, and i can't be washing those daily!!!you never do that with regular shoes! anyway, are cute and semlly, that's the point ;)

love, love, love this sandal. I purchased another pair in the next size up. My 16 month old wears them every day. They were comfortable as soon as he put them on. They fit his extra wide foot, protect his toes, can get wet, and still look cute. I love these. Teva always has great sandals.

My son does not have a particularly high instep or wide foot and we had to stop using these shoes long before his foot outgrew the length because we simply could not get them on his foot. The opening is not stretchy or wide enough. First they were just difficult to put on, then after my son's foot grew a bit (but still with space left at the toes) we could not get them on his foot at ALL. I was at the playground and just had to let him run around barefoot because I gave up. I don't know about you but I hate sitting and struggling and smashing my son's foot into any shoes. I look for shoes on which the straps open wide enough that I can insert his foot easily and then tighten the straps securely. Ironically enough, despite being so difficult to get on, these shoes fell off him easily when he was playing! Which proves his foot was not too wide for them. Additionally, the sole is completely stiff with no flexibility. For babies and toddlers you are supposed to use a very flexible sole to imitate barefoot walking. Lastly, although these shoes can get wet they did not dry very quickly. Even when I sat them out all night they would not dry thoroughly. Positive comments: they're cute and are well constructed. But not being wearable we don't get to benefit from that! I wear Teva sandals myself but will not buy them for my child anymore.

My grandson loves to get a new pair of shoes and these were no exception! He put them on and would not take them off. I like a sandal that gives good toe coverage like this does, so my grandson and I are both happy.
