I bought these for my 10 month old who has is already walking. They are the best! I bought the 12- 18 months size and although they are big for my ten month old they still work great. They are so soft and don't hinder her from getting around. They are our favorite shoes for by far. I would recommend them for babies through toddlers. I am surprised how they are holding up. My daughter wears them everywhere.
